1. Be responsible for organizing and guiding the technical innovation and R & D of oilfield chemicals on site and in laboratory, and solving the technical problems on site in time;
2. Be responsible for guiding the drug collection, laboratory bottle test and on-site pilot test of overseas projects;
3. Guide the on-site petrochemical process technology construction, on-site technical guidance, problem treatment, etc;
4. Responsible for quality supervision, cost accounting and risk assessment of petrochemical projects.
Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, working experience in oil production, production gathering and transportation, water treatment chemical R & D, analysis, matching and related petrochemical products is preferred;
2. Familiar with domestic and international professional standards of petrochemical products, and familiar with oilfield oil production and gathering and transportation technology;
3. Rich experience in oilfield chemical agent screening and oilfield chemical formula optimization;
4. Be upright, have the courage to take responsibility, be willing to bear hardships, and have strong learning and research ability;
5. High sense of responsibility and execution, and able to work under pressure;
6. Good health, good working and living habits, and can adapt to the field work of overseas oil fields.
