Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for handling employee entry, five insurances and one fund, work residence permit and talent settlement;
2. Establish and manage the internal employee files of the company, and classify and archive the labor contracts, confidentiality agreements and various personnel and administrative documents;
3. Assist in personnel recruitment, including recruitment process, interview records, screening and recommendation, etc;
4. Responsible for dealing with the aftermath of resigned employees, including office supplies, keys, attendance accounting, resignation certificate, contract termination, etc;
5. Be responsible for coordinating with other departments and uploading and releasing information;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Job requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources and psychology is preferred;
2. Good logical thinking and communication skills, strong team spirit;
3. Be honest, have the courage to take responsibility, work in principle, fair and just;
4. Active, serious and responsible, strong executive ability, and able to bear certain pressure;
5. CET-4 or above;
6. Familiar with word, Excel and other office software.
